1970s Doxa SUB 300T Sharkhunter "Aqua-Lung"
Founded in 1889 by Georges Ducommun, Doxa became synonymous with professional diving watches in the late 1960s. Working closely with Navy divers and Jacques Cousteau, Doxa developed the iconic Sub 300T, which Cousteau helped introduce to the U.S. market through U.S. Divers.
This DOXA Sub 300T Sharkhunter, co-signed “Aqua-Lung,” was originally retailed by U.S. Divers Co. and is a true piece of Golden Era dive-watch history. A fantastic example for any serious vintage dive-watch collector.
