Refund Policy

All sales are final

We are confident in the authenticity and quality of our products. Customer satisfaction and a transparent transaction is our priority so therefore, if something goes wrong, we will do everything we can to make it right.
We offer a guarantee on our straps for workmanship issues but this does not include general wear and tear and damage. 

Our stock straps can be returned for exchange or credit but to be eligible they must be unworn and in same condition that you received it (no creases or bending in the leather and the buckle has not been used through the strap holes). The strap must be in original packaging and your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. A restocking fee of 25% may be charged. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

Unless otherwise specified, please note that our custom straps do not qualify for return, refund or credit due to the handmade nature of the product. Our straps are produced to the individual specifications you request so please keep in mind to be careful and accurate when ordering.

Watches are final sale and do not qualify for return, refund or credit. 


Cancellations
Orders may be edited or cancelled within one hour of ordering. Please note that not all changes or cancellations are guaranteed. Please email contact@keepiece.com

Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should use a trackable shipping service and consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. You are responsible for all shipping costs for the exchange.

Lost or stolen packages
Keepiece is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Keepiece will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
